You’re Booked!

Your Sleep Assessment For ADHD Mums is confirmed. Here's exactly what happens next.

1. Check your inbox

A confirmation email is on its way with your call time and the video link. If it's not there in a few minutes, check spam, sometimes calendar invites hide there.

2. Jot down what's going on

You don't need to prepare anything formal. A few notes on your baby's current sleep, what you've already tried, and where your brain runs out of capacity is more than enough. This isn't a test, it's a starting point.

3. Find a quiet few minutes

You don't need a tidy room or full silence, just somewhere you can hear and be heard for 15 minutes, even if that's the car before school pickup. This isn't a sales pitch, it's a proper conversation about what's going on, and if it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE CALL

We'll talk through what's happening with your baby's sleep, what's making it harder for your ADHD brain specifically, and whether working together is the right fit. It takes 15 to 20 minutes. You'll get a summary of our call afterwards, so you don't have to remember everything we cover.

NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Life with an ADHD brain and a small human is unpredictable. If the time no longer works, use the link in your confirmation email to move it, no explanation needed.
