You have probably already tried what feels like everything. A schedule from ChatGPT, advice from a group, a book someone recommended. Maybe it worked for a few days. Maybe it never really got started.

It’s not because you didn’t try hard enough. It’s because none of it was built for a brain like yours.

No wonder nothing has stuck. But that doesn't mean it can't.

Most sleep consultants do baby-led sleep support. They assess what is happening, build a plan around the baby, and send you off to follow it. I do all of that too. I assess your baby, look at their unique sleep needs, and build a routine around them that gives them the sleep they need for their age. The outcome for your baby is the same.

What is different is how my method is designed and structured. I know that a mum with ADHD can read a plan and still not know what to do next. Can have a system and watch it fall apart the moment she’s overwhelmed. Can be standing in the dark at 3am, exhausted, trying to remember what stage she is on and what she is supposed to do now.

Before you had children you probably had structure. Routines that kept you regulated. But when a baby arrives with no predictable pattern, that structure disappears, and with it goes everything that helped you cope.

I used to work with all parents to improve their babies' sleep. They got great results. But as I went through my own diagnosis and my own experience of motherhood with ADHD, I realised the standard way of delivering a sleep plan was not designed for a brain like mine. Too much information. Too many decisions at the worst possible moment. So I redesigned the whole thing. My method is the same. But I went and started the process to become a certified ADHD coach so the way it is delivered is completely different. I know other programmes are not designed for a brain like ours and I wanted to change that.

Because when your baby sleeps, everything changes.

An age-appropriate, consistent routine does not just help keep your nervous system regulated. It genuinely helps your baby. Sleep is when their brain develops, when memories form, when their nervous system gets the chance to recover from the stimulation of the day. A baby who is getting enough sleep for their age is more settled, less fussy, better able to take in the world around them. The routine gives their body a rhythm it can learn to follow, so falling asleep and staying asleep becomes something they can do, not something they need you to do for them.

My method is tailored to your baby’s age, needs and stage. What works for a 6 month old is different to what works for an 18 month old, and your baby’s plan reflects that. Nothing generic. Nothing that doesn’t fit where they are right now.

This is for you if:

✓     You need structure to function and right now you have none

✓     You are running on broken sleep and the overwhelm is taking over

✓     You have tried things before but without a clear system, it just didn’t work

✓     You want someone to cut through the noise and tell you exactly what to do, in a style that works for you

✓    You just want one clear plan designed for a brain like yours that you can follow until the end

You do not need another generic plan full of information to figure out.

You need The ADHD Mum Baby Sleep Method.

The ADHD Mum Baby Sleep Method . £350

For babies and toddlers aged 5 months to 3 years

I assess your baby, understand their individual sleep needs, and build a routine around them.

Rather than just a template, it’s a gradual, responsive method delivered in a way that is designed for your brain.

Every stage is broken down so you are only ever focused on one thing at a time. ADHD tips and prompts are built into the plan itself, not added as an afterthought. Small things learnt from my ADHD coaching that make a real difference when your brain is running on nothing during the middle of the night

The plan works in stages. You only ever focus on the stage you are in. No reading ahead, no trying to prepare for every possible scenario. Just the next step, when you need it. ADHD tips are built into each stage so you always know what to anchor to. And I am there with you throughout, checking in, seeing what is working, and adjusting if we need to.

  • 3 day expert analysis of your sleep logs - Before we build anything, I look at three days of your baby’s sleep in detail I come to the consultation having already spotted what is happening and why.

✓ 1 hour video consultation - A conversation where I get to know you, your baby, and how your family lives. We go through the logs together, confirm your goals, agree the routine, and by the end you have a clear picture of the plan. It is recorded so if any of it leaves your head the moment we hang up, you can go back to it.

✓ Your bespoke ADHD Mum Baby Sleep Method plan - A clear, structured plan built around your baby’s age, stage, and individual sleep needs, with ADHD tips and prompts woven throughout. Each stage tells you exactly what to do. There is nothing to interpret, nothing to figure out.

✓ Your ADHD Mum Baby Sleep Method Cheat Sheet - One page. Every stage of the method is laid out in order, so that at 3am when your brain is running on nothing, you can glance at it and know exactly what you are doing tonight. No searching through documents. No trying to remember. Just the answer, right there in front of you.

✓ 2 weeks of unlimited daily WhatsApp Support - When something happens and you do not know what to do, you ask me. No sitting with a problem and spiralling. No waiting until your brain can figure it out. And if typing out what happened overnight feels impossible, send a voice note instead.

✓ 1 troubleshooting call, usable within 3 months - You know your child best, but sometimes you just want someone to reassure you that you are on the right track. This call is for those moments. A chance to check in, ask the questions, and walk away feeling steady again.

  • “In a time of chaos struggling with the sleep routines of two young children, Jen helped massively to piece everything together and helped us develop a plan that worked for our family, and now we have two kids under three that sleeps through the night! Thanks for giving us our evenings back!”
